It’s been a massive ten weeks since we last posted a ‘Fireman’s Curse’ era song – so it’s time to return to the scene of the crime!
Which brought back memories of a suggestion from Stephen many moons ago:
…an acapella version of Fish Roar?
I was not quite sure what Stephen was smoking that day as Fish Roar is a difficult beast to appreciate at the best of time.
Alas, this week we present a live version of Fish Roar from The Fireman’s Curse 🙂

That’s awesome. Its funny, live it sounds less weird. The curse version is just so WTF!!!, but I also think the studio version is better because it just gets furious and more extreme each verse.
I still wonder what were they thinking lyrically with the falsetto and all? Surely someone should have said lets rewrite the lyrics.
If ever there was a song to surprise the fans with on the upcoming tour, Fishroar would be it!
