Stuart Congratulations to Mark Seymour And The Undertow on their #1 Australian album on the official Australian Music Charts. Overall the album has debuted at #41 – which admittedly is a sad indictment of the state of Australian music in the music charts – but this is also the highest of Mark’s extensive solo career.
Mark reflects:
So.. I know I’m not supposed to gloat.. it being unaustralian and all that but hey.. this shit never happens to people with attitudes like mine.. head down arse up. Too political.. too intense. Too whatever.. Just get on with the work mate. But you know what? At my age this matters. Because you lot bought the friggin album.. I’m really touched. Thank you punters.. xx
