Mark Seymour and the Undertow will have their Northern Territory debut at the Fred’s Pass Rural Show this weekend.
Fronted by the former lead singer of one of Australia’s most seminal bands, the Hunters and Collectors, Mark Seymour is one of Australia’s most respected musicians.
With classics including Holy Grail, Throw Your Arms Around Me, When The River Runs Dry and Say Goodbye, all of which appear on Mark Seymour and the Undertows Roll Back The Stone live album released last year, their inaugural show is one not to be missed for Top End Fans.
Also on the bill is Ash Grunwald, who has had the most prolific blues career in Australian history. Having been at the forefront of success in the Australian music scene for more than 12 years, Mr Grunwald has just released his ninth studio album.
He has also been nominated for six ARIA awards and won two APRA awards. No stranger to the Top End, Mr Grunwald is one of the hardest working artists in the country, and it shows.
If you’re keen to head along for the sets on Saturday 19 May, Ash Grunwald is at 8.15pm and Mark Seymour and the Undertow are on at 9.15pm.
