JACK HOWARD & THE AMBASSADORS OF LOVE
BACHARACH CD LAUNCH PRESS RELEASE

In December 2012, Jack Howard, trumpet player with H&C, together with the marvellous Ambassadors Of Love, performed Burt Bacharach’s Reach Out from start to finish, as part of Pure Pop’s Summer Of Classic Albums.

The show was a hit ­‐ powerful, emotional, sensational performances, grown men weeping….

Since then, the Ambassadors have developed the show into “The Look Of Love – The Songs of Bacharach and David” and they’ve been performing to packed houses and great acclaim at The Flying Saucer Club, The Caravan Club and others.

They’ve now recorded their first CD -­‐ a seven track gem featuring What The World Needs Now, Say A Little Prayer, Never Fall In Love Again and other classics.

Featuring the fabulous Michael sisters — Heather on flute and vocals, Marj on violin and vocals plus John Berto on guitar and vocals, Rob Walker on bass, Greg Murray on drums, Amy Valent Curlis on percussion and Jack on trumpet and vocals, the CD is a ripper.

Jack and The Ambassadors launch the show on Friday March 20th at The Flying Saucer Club; and the CD will be available there and exclusively at Basement Discs.
