Hunters & Collectors’ frontman Mark Seymour live at Tanks Arts Centre in Cairns with new band The Undertow
Still fresh from reuniting Hunters & Collectors for a run of dates with Bruce Springsteen, legendary Australian songwriter and live performer Mark Seymour lands in Cairns tonight.
Seymour and his band The Undertow play Tanks Arts Centre in support of their 2013 album Seventh Heaven Club, a collection of covers of love songs by artists including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Jackson Browne, Dave Dobbyn and Otis Redding.
Seymour´s knack for continually producing songs that resonate is due to the diversity of his activities, which includes composing film scores, writing and performing music for theatrical productions, and acting.
Known for his intense, passionate vocals and wry humour, Seymour’s new material continues to draw crowds over 30 since his first band The Jetsonnes.

Still buzzing from the Hunters reformation gigs on the recent Bruce Springsteen tour and at Day On The Green nationwide, Seymour will be in top form at Tanks tonight.
Mary Seymour plays Tanks Arts Centre in Edge Hill tonight, from 7.30pm, with Eddie Skiba in support. Tickets available from 1300 855 835 or at the door (if still available).
