Tasmanian music fans are voting with their feet, snapping up tickets to next weekend’s election Day on the Green concert at Josef Chromy Wines near Launceston.

Set to coincide with the state election on March 15, the concert will include the first Tasmanian performance in more than 15 years by legendary Australian rock band Hunters and Collectors — responsible for classic hits like Say Goodbye, Throw Your Arms Around Me, Holy Grail and When The River Runs Dry. The “Hunnas” will be joined by Melbourne groups Something For Kate and British India.

All general admission tickets for the event have now sold out. Platinum ($179.90) and Gold ($149.90) reserved seats are still available but are selling fast. For bookings, click here.

Redline is offering a bus shuttle service from the Launceston CBD and surrounding areas, for details phone 1300 360 000 or click here.
