Hunters & Collectors: Human Frailty (I.R.S.)

Hunters & Collectors always sound as if their music was recorded atop a powder keg, a flickering flame only seconds away from blowing the band sky-high.

The Australian group’s style can be described as Ray Charles psycho-energise, combining the fervor of gospel music with the unleashed power of rock guitars plays with passionate precision.

It may take several listens to full appreciate Human Frailty, but the group’s suspenseful sense of raw rock ‘n’ roll tension creates a gripping sound that is as masterful as it is manic.
