Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder and Crowded House’s Neil Finn have joined forces on a tribute album to iconic Australian rock band, Hunters & Collectors.
The Living End, The Avalanches and Paul Kelly are among the other musicians who have lent their talents to the Crucible album.
Vedder and Finn offer their version of the hit Throw Your Arms Around Me, while The Avalanches have produced Stalking to a Stranger (Planets Collide Remix).
Kelly and Emma Donovan interpret True Tears of Joy and The Living End sing Say Goodbye.
Hunters & Collectors, fronted by Mark Seymour, formed in Melbourne in 1981 and split 17 years later.
Crucible – The Songs of Hunters & Collectors is released on September 27. Contributing artists include:
