We are very pleased to finally announce the arrival of our first live gigs post the latest Victorian lockdown.

Months have passed and it’s been a long gruelling process of bookings, cancellations and postponements, with all the grief that goes with that..

For you and us..

The music industry is enormous, apart from artists like us.

There are agents, managers, production crew, engineers, caterers, and of course the record producers who have been forced to react in the way we have..

TO STOP!

And make no mistake, unlike most of the so called legitimate industries that the feds were quick to recognize and compensate, the music industry, because it is essentially a gig economy was largely ignored and has simply ground to a halt..

To put it simply, in our business, live music supports all the other players in the food chain so if we can’t play.. they can’t work either.

Meanwhile the rules around live performance have shifted and changed with each outbreak.

And will probably change again..

So you can well imagine how important it is to get back out there as soon as we can..

but in a strange way, the sheer lack of work has drawn us closer to what we most value about live music itself..

Through social media punters have made their feelings known to us.. Live music is sorely missed and the simple act of playing and singing songs in the many clubs and bars across the country is as important to the life blood of who we are as a nation as any sport. Football, cricket.. you name it.

So on that note..

Here are some dates!

Coming up fast..
August 13 and 14, at The Brunswick Ballroom, VIC..
December 9, The Factory Theatre, Marrickville NSW..
December 10, Anita’s Theatre Thirroul, (just south of Woolongong)..

And while we’re here.. if you’ve already bought tickets to a show only to see it postponed, let me re-assure you,

Tickets are transferable if the date suits or refundable if not..

It’s a 2 hour show.. About 30 songs..

And the new album ‘Slow Dawn’ will feature heavily

xx
