What can Bluesfest punters expect from this iconic Australian? Seventeen years as front man of Hunters and Collectors, landmark songs “Holy Grail”, “When the River Runs Dry” and “Throw Your Arms Around Me”, eight albums released since and author of Thirteen Tonne Theory, he has a lot of material from which to choose.
Well now there’s more. Mark Seymour and The Undertow will release Seventh Heaven Club on Friday March 1 through Liberation Music. The Undertow are Cameron McKenzie on guitars, John Favaro on bass and Peter Maslen on drums.
On Seventh Heaven Club you will hear twelve love songs as written and recorded by other artists that Mark has collected and performed live over the last fourteen years as a solo artist or with The Undertow.

The album also features special guest appearances from Lucinda Williams, Abby Dobson and introduces new singer Hannah Seymour, Mark’s daughter.
