Is There Anybody In There? live at the Enmore 1986

Source: 1986 05 22 Enmore Theatre, Sydney VHS PCM

With the incredible PledgeMusic deal promising recordings of the Enmore and Palais shows from earlier in the year, now seems a great time to revisit an earlier well recorded gig from the Enmore! So here, from 1986, is a live rendition of the fourth single from Human Frailty, Is There Anybody In There 🙂

Be sure to sign up at PledgeMusic to secure your copy of the 2014 recordings – each limited edition set is only being constructed after people have committed! 🙂

Thanks again Stuart & co… Yes, giving the new box set some thought, even though it’s a little pricey. On the other hand I scored “Horn of Plenty” at a point where JB Hi Fi went (apparently) mad and were chucking them out for $50…. so….

    Hi Peter!

Horn of Plenty was a production run of 5,000; the box sets here are limited to around 500. I’ll eat my hat if they end up for JB’s at one third the price!

    Cheers

Heck I was at this show!! One of the best and most memorable gigs I ever saw.

The enmore theatre was a rundown dump in enmore which was a ghost town in those days. There was a pervasive sweet smoke smell in the room and it was massively over packed. The band just went for the jugular and the whole show went off. It was an amazing experience for a 16 year old kid located right near the feet of Seymour.

My mate’s dad picked us up and drove us home afterwards.
